Summer Music Classes Are Here!

We are so excited about the Summer Classes starting up at Cherokee Music Center in June! Need to log in a few hours of practice time? This is a fun way to do it. Leave the scales at home and learn to communicate with music in a class or two.

When She's Not Ridding The World of Zombies as Enid on AMC's The Walking Dead, Katelyn Nacon Can Write A Great Tune.

So what do you do when The Walking Dead's Katelyn Nacon takes a break from slaying zombies to stop by your music store? You sing a few tunes, of course. While everybody knows that Katelyn has done an amazing job of bringing Enid's character to life since joining The Walking Dead cast in season 5, not everyone knows that she is a gifted singer and song writer who got her start studying with Ponier Music Woodstock co-founder Camilla Sanders.
We were so excited that Katelyn dropped in last week to catch up, test out some ukuleles, and play a few of her new songs she's been working on. She has already released five previous tunes on her debut EP "Love In May" that you can check out here. We couldn't be more proud of her and can't wait to see where she goes from here. Keep your eye on her!
